For Baita Dovich, DAPH Lab—ShinyUp's hospitality division—developed a digital identity enhancement strategy aimed at providing a more authentic and recognizable narrative of the hotel and restaurant experience at the foot of the Marmolada. The work focused on the management and coordination of social media channels, defining an editorial line capable of expressing the soul of the establishment: family hospitality, mountain cuisine, nature, relaxation, and a deep connection with the local area. Communication was crafted with a warm and emotional tone, designed to convey not only the services offered but, above all, the guest experience: feeling at home in the Dolomites, amidst fine food, authentic landscapes, and moments of well-being.
